What to Bring

• Water, preferably in a personal container so as to avoid confusion with others

• A notebook and pen - Phones are allowed for note taking, but not for pictures or recordings

• Lunch - It is recommended lunch be light, not too filling as exercise will continue after the break

• A towel if needed

Dulwich Dates 2024

For those who want to do additional seminars, Dulwich has separate dates that association members can attend. Available to Adults and Juniors only - Speak to Sifu for details and pricing.

Hungary Dates

As member of the Phoenix Eye Wing Tsun Association, students are also members of the International Alliance of Wing Tsun. As such, students have an open invitation to train in schools belonging to the other two associations of the alliance, based in Hungary.
