2026 IS HERE!!!

Biggest news is the launch of the new “Boxercise Champions” classes. These classes are not only about fitness and skill, but building good habits for our younglings. The classes are non-contact boxing and Sifu Bill is one of only 9 instructors in the country (technically the world) that are qualified to run them. For more information click here!

If you know anyone who would be interested, please pass their details on. This is an exciting new initiative and we truly believe that it will be immensely helpful to all its members (Ages 4-11). Launch is last week of January!

Personal Training Sessions

Sifu has agreed with the hall for flexible timeslots, particularly during the daytime but also before and after classes. These are available for PT sessions for Wing Tsun skill or for other personal development such as fitness or theory sessions. The purpose of these is to give the student a huge boost to their training, skill and knowledge. The student works directly with Sifu and has not only his full attention but also the session is specifically geared to the students needs. These have only been available to adults in general but now they are available to all ages. Adults are encouraged to book 1 hour slots and under 18’s would be 30 minute sessions unless otherwise agreed with Sifu.

Please note - Parents will need to be present for under 18’s.

Thursday Kids Class

The additional kids class launches on 8th Jan. Currently this is for all ages but the plan is to separate the age groups once numbers allow. There is no charge for January if you bring your child for a 2nd class, so please take advantage of this and come along to see if the time and day suits.

January is a month for people to test out new classes, check schedules and logistics and decide on their plans going forward. So feel free to play around with the different days and see what works best for you/your family.

Februarys Price Increase

1st wave of price increase kicks in from February so please confirm this month of any changes you would like to make.

The price increase is in two stages. 1st is increasing to the discounted price for 3 months - assuming there is an increase. If there is actually a decrease, then the current payments will stay the same. In May, the prices go up to the full amount.

Adult Class Update

Our updated class schedule is now in place for the adults. The 90 minute classes are officially active and in test mode for 3 - 6 months.
