Boxercise Mini Champions
Boxercise Mini Champions is an exciting, child-friendly fitness programme created especially for children aged 5–7. These unique classes give young children the perfect start to their Champion journey — building confidence, coordination, and early life skills in a fun, encouraging environment.
Our carefully structured sessions use simple, playful, boxing-inspired activities that help children learn how to move safely, listen well, follow instructions, and work together. Everything is designed to support early learning and development, helping children feel ready, capable, and proud of what they can achieve.
Each Mini Champions class is filled with energy and positivity. Children grow in confidence naturally as they learn, practise, and master new skills — from basic boxing movements to teamwork games that reinforce sharing, respect, and positive behaviour. Every child is supported at their own pace, and Mini Champs is suitable for children of all abilities and experience levels.
Our programme encourages the development of essential physical and social skills, including balance, coordination, focus, taking turns, understanding simple rules, and being part of a group. These early foundations help children build healthy habits and a strong sense of self-esteem that will benefit them far beyond the class.
As part of the Mini Champions experience, children also take part in short Corner Chats — simple, age-appropriate conversations that help them learn about kindness, confidence, emotions, and treating others with respect. Alongside this, our Healthy Habits activity challenges gently introduce themes around making positive choices, building independence, and understanding how to look after themselves.
These elements help children develop early social awareness and begin building the tools they will need to navigate challenges they may face as they grow. Corner Chats and Healthy Habits encourage a lifelong respect for others, confidence in themselves, and the foundations of a healthy self-esteem.
